- How do you verify a vendor's sustainability claims?
- Certificates are verified with the issuing body, not accepted as PDFs. FSC Chain of Custody codes are checked against the public database, and expiry dates are diarised so a lapsed certificate removes a vendor from matching automatically.
- What counts as zero waste to landfill?
- A site diverting at least 99% of operational waste from landfill through recycling, reuse, composting or energy recovery, evidenced by weighed waste streams and third-party disposal records.
- Are bio-inks a like-for-like replacement?
- For most paper and board applications, yes. Vegetable and water-based systems have known gaps in some film and high-abrasion applications, so we qualify against the failure condition rather than the ink family.
- What is the carbon-neutral target?
- Scope 1 and 2 neutrality across Looppack operations by 2030, with Scope 3 measurement across matched orders published annually from 2027 as the sustainability scoring product comes online.
